All sales are final. In the event of the customer contacting the warranty department (877-945-4448) with a return claim, a technician will be scheduled to travel to the customer to assess and confirm the reason for warranty. In the event the problem cannot be fixed, only then will a refund be issued.  NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

In the event that our roadside assistant/technician arrives to a jobsite out and finds there are additional services needed, a new service charge up to $65 will be applied to the total balance for services rendered.
